Any suggestions? The condesation that builds up in my exhaust fills up inside the unit and does not seem to be draining fast enough or properly enough. The system then shuts down realizing that there is some kind of blockage. I've pulled off the condesation hoses inside the unit and blown them out, they are clear. I poured water down the catch and it seems to be draining properly into my sump. When the unit shuts down I can hear the water draining out into my sump, however, it does not seem to be draining while the heater is running. So I get about 30 minutes of heat then it shuts down, starts up again and lasts for another 30 minutes. I've had 3 heating guys come out and do exactly what I've done and left thinking the solved the problem. I am at my wits end.

Check that the furnace is not under firing. (Clock the meter) and check the TD across the heat exchanger and make sure the fan is not operating too fast.

Depends on the year. Does it have the external trap? Sounds like you might be losing your air lock on the trap. We had alot of probles with that around '98-2000. Some of the 2 stage models had the same problem on high fire. They corrected that with a differend inducer motor.
