I am trying to find a Senior HVAC/Chiller Mechanic for the Northern Florida region. I have had very little luck finding someone with the Trane experience and qualifications I need. Any suggestions? Thanks $25-$31/hour DOE Hey Guys, I am still looking! Anyone out there able to help me?

Hey Matt, Sorry to say But to get a good hvac/Chiller tech for that hourly price is going to be hard. Trane tech are paid union scale and union bennys. Most large hvac tech are union building trades journeyman. The going scale is $30-$35 and hour and union benifets cost the contractor approx. $12-$15 an hour. Thats about 42 to 50 an hour. I Think fla. hvac journey will be attached to the local plumbers and pipefitters just like here in ohio. You might try them.
