I have 2 new-in-box Lennox Pulse furnaces that are left over inventory from a business that has been closed. The part numbers are as follows:
GSR21Q4/5-80-11
GSR21Q4/5-100-11
Both are downflows or could be horizontal. One 80,000 btu and one 100,000 btu.
I also have other new Lennox equipment, but I am a little short of info at this time. However, those part numbers are:
CBH19-31-2P
G20Q5/GE-150-1
G1403-40-20
These units are located in central Indiana, and I could easily transport them to northeast Indiana.

Another thought. Contact the nearest community college that has an hvac/r program. You might be able to get a tax incentive for donating one of those units to their program.

The 80,000 btu will be $1,600, which is below dealer cost. Meeting in Fort Wayne would be great.
