I moved into a home and have no idea what kind of filter I need or where it goes. I have a day & night furnace and the model number is RT-36-ACU. My house is always dusty. Please help.

need more info whee is ur a/c located if in the attic most likly u have a central return close the themostat if it is a basement unit then look where the fan blows the air there should be a filter close by
