I've got a Mitsubishi Mr. slim ductless heat pump with 2 cieling mounted indoor coils and the outdoor unit mounted indoors about 15 feet in the air on a wall of a huge vehicle repair bay. In the heating mode all starts out fine until the unit runs for about 5 minutes. All of sudden the head pressure climbs to a point that the breaker trips the outdoor unit (about 300 psig). The low side stays constant. I've checked out all the usual items such as air filters, fan operation, obstructions etc. on both the indoor and outdoor unit. I suspected non-condensables and even though the system has never been opened up I reclaimed the charge, leak tested, deep vacuumed and wieghed in the specified charge. It still does the same thing. It's almost impossable to get any temp measurements on the refrigerant side before the thing trips out.

What is the discharge air temperature of the condenser?

I won't know until I can get a high lift to the unit. Can't reach it by ladder. The unit has 2 fans, one is variable speed. I think I know what you're thinking....

The unit is above a bunch of breaker panels and hoist equipment and I can only use an air gun to blow it out, no water, unless there's a coil cleaner made that won't eat the fins if not hosed off.

There are a couple I just can’t think of any name brands off hand. They come in aerosol cans so you may need a few.
