My tenant space had a Honeywell Q674E tstat and I wanted to upgrade to a programmable in the name of automation. On the old Honeywell, the four wires provided were yellow wire to Y1, white wire to W1, dark blue wire to G, and red wire connected to both Rc and Rh. Made the connections to the new thermostat (Totaline Signature CPV220) per their 4-wire diagram (blue to G, yellow to Y1, white to W1, and red to R). I get cooling, but no heat. When the unit calls for heat, the display flashes "PF" and then returns to normal display without energizing the heat.

Hi Todd, If I am not mistaken you need to add a common wire to this thermostat. If there is a terminal marked C or X you will have to run a new wire or purchase a programmable thermostat that does not require this wire like the Honeywell T8600.
