Our church has 5 Trane Voyager YCD downflow unitary units (natural gas) manufactured in 1997 on the top of our fellowship hall. One of the units only blows cold air. Tried reseting, adjusting the thermostat calling for heat, which did not help. Got on Trane's web site through your link and could not find any service manuals. I am a service rep for a heavy truck manufactuer and can use a VOM and have mechanical skills related to automotive. Need your guidance to get the heat working again. Thanks,
Den
