I have a Honeywell Chronotherm III and the display shows -NO AC. No heat/AC. Was working in the morning came home and nothing is functioning. we replaced the batteries and still nothing. Can anyone help with this display message? Thanks in advance.

No power signal from unit ...check for 24Volt AC between R RH/RC and C on the thermostat. No power at stat means low voltage transformer problems..blown fuse or the main power at the unit is not on, Start with basics check all voltages at unit. If 3 Phase check all legs. hope it helps

No AC means that the furnace is not powering the thermostat. Check your breaker, switches and fuses.

Where are the fuses located..I checked by the control board and did'nt see any.
