My thermostat will not activate data entered. It shows correct time and date, but then "AC" appears where temperature usually appears. Thermostat will not activate either my air conditioning or heat. I've checked circuit breakers, but find that is not the problem. Can you give me some advice/help?

Thanks

Ralph Ellis

You are either loosing power ( A/C) or you require a 270 ohm 10 watt resistor to be installed between W and C at the furnace.

Xenos.

The best way to escape a problem is to solve it.
