I just spoke with someone at Honeywell's technical support department and she said that the "32 degrees" in the display area means that there is no power. She told me that it's either the power to the thermostat or the thermostat itself. She told me to check the breakers, wiring, etc., for power issues. If that doesn't work (i.e., if it's not a power supply issue), she said that, since my model is 15 years old, the thermostat may just need to be replaced. Based on the wiring behind my thermostat, she recommended that I get a CT 3500 or CT 3600 thermostat to replace my existing one if the problem doesn't lie with my power, but with my thermostat. She was very helpful.
