Suction 0 psi , Hi Side 150 psi , RLA 5.5A.
New Compressor, same results
Suspected bad piston -
Clean Filter, Evap fan working properly
any advice welcomed

problem solved. Open TXV. Changed valve and everything works fine. When wide open, there was no load. Thanks

Just curious! How many tons is the unit? 220vac single phase? How did you charge the unit?

Sounds like you got a restriction. Theres a screen in the liquid line on a lot of those small York rooftops. You usually have to pull the top because the liquid line runs over the top of the blower. If its there it'll be labeled

Did you ever notice that 72 degree room temp. is way to warm in the summer and way to cold in the winter?
