working on a brandnew york split-system model k2eu060a,my pressure readings are 60low 325high,superheat is 10-12, db-90deg indoor temp 74deg.Could it be the txv? Don't know if txv can be adjusted on this paticular model,or could it be the cond.fan? It is running slow. Any suggestions?

I think you’re overcharged and the subcooling is so high you can’t even get the back pressure up. Why do you think it’s the TXV ? the superheat is good.

Xenos.

The best way to escape a problem is to solve it.

Yes low air flow could cause your low suction pressure. But it does look like its overcharged with that hi of head pressure.
I have never seen to much subcooling have any effect on the suction pressure before. Did you add freon to the system after start up? It should'nt have taken more than few OZs if you have normal run on your line set.(under 50 ft) If you could drop your high side pressure down (by removing some freon) and the suction press stays where its at you may have the wrong size evap coil. If the suction press drops off with the discharge press then I would think its a bad or undersized TXV. You may even have a plugged up strainer or filter drier and it takes that much high side pressure to feed the TXV. I am thinking its more of an air flow problem. Its one of those things where you almost need to be there to see what the conditions are.
