Hi, I have a 6 family building and would like to change to a new furnace. Can anyone give me a good advice on rating on which company is good and reliable. Thanks!

I don't know what part of the country this dwelling is but have you thought about a heat only boiler with hydronic baseboard, with a outdoor reset schedule? using zones to heat the entire bldg.
Do it right the first time otherwise you'll be back.

Any of the top manufactures are good, Lennox, Carrier, Trane… It’s really the company installing the equipment that counts.
Xenos.

I agree with Xenos. Take the best unit out there and poorly install it it will break all the time to. You want some that will do a good job install a good unit for a fair price. A little advice if they dont want too, or ask not to get a city permit run away!

I also agree with the previous posters.
However, I would warn you against buying a Janitrol or Goodman furnace. Unlike most others, which are similar in quality. Their products are made with lower grade materials and workmanship.
Just my opinion, of course. :D
