Hi,
I've got no heat and a Lenox 90UGFA3-75-5 furnace with auto ignition module. Diagnostic LED say: LED1 - OFF, LED2- slow blink, which means presure switch open 5 times in one heat demand.
The heater came on a couple off times, burners fired, but won't stay burning for longer than 30s.
Control module has Zetler AZ942-1CH-18D relay/switch? wich I hear click 5 times. Does it mean it's faulty. IF yes where can I buy just this black relay? The module # is 24L8501 (0A62-121 E2), where would I buy that if needed?
What else should I look at? Please help me.

I seem to have the exact same problem on the same furnace as described by this thread. Unfortunately I can only see part of the response, and am not sure what to do- eg. drain the water etc. Where might I find the details on how to poroceed. Thanks, Ed.

nariusb, replied to the bot with..

"Hi,
What I did is I fixed the problem with the drain tube. You have to make sure it's not kinked, plugged by inspecting it and by pouring some water through. I also drained the black fan/impeller casing (not the main motor fan) and the rubber boot which both were full of water. That did it to me. "

Thanks Xenos very very much. It was exactly as you said. I found quite a bit of water in the casing of the motor impeller and in the clear hose. I took the casing/motor out poured the water out as from the clear hose and the furnace fired right away.
Thanks a million - I saved a lot of money

Check the venting someting is blocked also make sure the furnace is draining and check for moisture in the pressure switch tube.

Hi Xenos,
Thanks for a follow up - it probably saved me from further problems. I did found a draining problem. First I checked inside the furnace at the draining cup and found it full of water as well as in the hose leading from vent to it. It was not good. So I started looking at the long lay of the furnace drain hose which was behind work bench. I found a kink in the hose which prevented from draining behind the built-in bench. I hope this finally solves my problems!
Thanks again.
