To whom it may concern:
To this point I am unable to find any chiller qualified service tech or design engineer who is fixated or even aware of a microbubble related problem with these (or any) chiller. There are many conditions that could cause the problem mentioned and they vary to an extent with chiller make and model. Until convinced otherwise I suspect a little tap dance is being used until the real problem is discovered. I've seen it performed before. I gather that this problem is happening to a unit in Canada but they are essentially the same as those in the U.S.
All refrigerants are safe - All refrigerant are dangerous. The difference is YOU !!!

I generally ask for a list of temperatures, which will clearly reveal most problems, but rarely does anyone provide these. We can only "see" the system through the description and the data.
Unfortunately, most people would rather guess at what is wrong, with as few clues as possible. It's a variation on the old "Name That Tune" game show on TV, minus the prize.
Condenser air/water in temp Condenser air/water out temp Saturated condensing temp (from P/T chart) Liquid line temp near condenser Liquid line temp near metering device
Evaporator water/air in temp Evaporator water/air out temp Saturated suction temp (from P/T chart) Suction line temp near evaporator Suction line temp near compressor
