Fluke makes a data bucket. It will read and collect data from many different instruments. I use them all of the time, but they are not cheap.

As exnos mentioned you will ned some type of monitoring system. You have to decide what you want to monitor and that will determine cost. You may have to install sensors, transducers, relays, CT's, etc and a computer interface, depending on what you want to accomplish.
All refrigerants are safe - All refrigerant are dangerous. The difference is YOU !!!

Install an automated control system, I would also consider a web server with a static IP that way you can view it anywhere. Carel just came out with a new 6x6" web serer that just ataches to your unit and you just plug in a cat5 cable and set it up.
