I have athe above system and we have at least 1 bad slave stat, and are not sure the others work. the Master has a broken digital clock face and will not seam to keep the correct time. We want to add another zone due to a remodel. we can not seem to find generation-1 parts. any ideas are welcomed.

I don,t believe you will be able to find gen 1 parts. Too old. A complete upgrade is in order.
