Were both B and O used?

B AND O BOTH HAVE WIRES ATTACHED. NO JUMPERS. I HAVE A SCHEMATIC FROM HONEYWELL THAT SHOWS THE LETTERS TO THE POSSIBLE COMPONENTS.

Since you are using both B and O the RTH7500 is not compatible as it can only use either B or O. I would trace the wires and make sure they are indead both being used. There is the possibility that B is common, however the honeywell diagram shows X as common.

The Q674 L1272 is a little different.
