I am going crazy with this york package unit. It has a Smart valve set up and will run fine in the heat mode with the service door off. We have changed the gas valve, pilot assembly and supply tube, Ignitor and sensor. Examined the heat exchangers, blew them out. Inspected the inducer motor assembly. If you put the doors on in short order it will lock out. As soon as you take the doors off it lights. HEEEELLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!

i had a problem with the wind pushing the falme away from the flame rod. There is a few holes in the bottom of the burner area which alow additional air in when the door is on. I had to cover the holes to get it to stop. The problem only occured when the wind was blowing the correct way.
