Taking care of 22 buildings of a retail chain, my expenses are growing up in the HVAC department by contracting out a maintenace company. I am looking for the right person to handle these few units troubleshootings and repairs.
All of this in L.A. CA
What would be my best shot in terms of experience to look for in candidates?
The heat pumps are from 2 to 5 tons only, some newer some older. JuanL@aidshealth.org

Since your dealing with such small and basicly basic unit’s My personal recommendation would be to look for a keen residential technician looking to upgrade to commercial work.

Xenos.

The best way to escape a problem is to solve it.
