I am an AC contractor, and did a job on a cooler unit rooftop condensing unit, brand new compressor wont start, replaced relay, caps, voltage is fine, contactor is fine, i even put a hard start on it, and she attempted but then kicked off again,,any advice would be great..thanks...

Did you run a resistance check between you C, R, S terminals on the compressor? IS there any Ohm readings from these terminals to Ground? Do C/S, and C/R ohmic readings add up to R/S reading? If the ohms readings do not add up or you have an ohmic reading from any terminal to ground you may have a bad compressor.
