I seem to have a limit switch or (rollout) problem. On the 90UGF Series the first light flashes slow and the second light is steady. About 4 months ago a new fan was installed. Could something have been wired incorrectly?

If its over heating there can many different problems.
I would check these problems first closed grills, blocked filter, blocked return grill and lastly call the tech back to see if fan speed is to low.

Should be a code chart on the inside panel from the front of the unit. What does that code say?
