MODEL TWA120A300B COOLING MODE WORKS FINE BUT WHEN GOING INTO HEAT IT WILL RUN FOR ABOUT A MINUTE OR TWO THEN SHUT OFF ON LOW PRESSURE. I DID NOTICE FREEZING AT THE CHECK VALVES. COULD THIS BE THE PROBLEM?? THANKS FOR ANY INPUT.

no it is not a water source heat pump. i have a txv valve ordered for it and check valve, im hoping this takes care of the problem. thanks for the input.

Is this a water-source heat pump? If so, check strainer on condenser coil. If partially or fully plugged, it will cause the unit to trip out on low pressure or freeze protection during the heating mode and possibly high pressure in cooling mode.
