Hi all, Okay, I am tired of telling our manager to get this fixed, so I am going to the source! We have a Honeywell programable thermostat in our tennis club that cannot be reset. So we roast in the summertime. Ever since we got it installed, no one knows how to program it. It appears to have a keyboard lock on it. Of course no one knows the password or has the key. How do we deal with this. Can we get a tool to unlock the thermostat and then reset it? I have looked all over Honeywell's website and could not find anything. I can call our electrician, but seriously I hate to call about something that stupid. Thank you
napias

we'd need to know what model thermostat you have.
The most common commercial one I have around here is the 33CS - sort of square and with the door closed has up and down arrows and an override button showing - you have to open the door to see the rest of the buttons. If that's it you have to hold down the override button and press the up and down buttons simultaneously to unlock it (same procedure to lock it again)
If not, e-mail me a model number or a really detailed description and I might be able to find it for you.
