Hi,
Sorry can't find the manual. Read out says -AC and don't seem to getting any connection from thermostat to unit. No heat, no AC, no manual fan. Replaced batteries last month. Suggestions? What does that readout mean? Thanks.

I just had the same problem. The control fuse on the 24 volt control board was blown. $1.28 at ace hardware and 1/2 labor to troubleshoot.

-ac means the t-stat is running off the batteries, there is no power to the unit.
Yes! I CAN fix that! Excuse my spelling......I am paid to fix it not spell it. Music is meant to be heard not felt......TURN DOWN THE BASS!
