Service on walkin freezer. Small walkin freezer 6'x 6'x 8', Copelematic 1 HP compressor, R410-A refrigerant.
Day 1-Start components shorted and two pole disconnect switch failure. Installed new start components and switch. Noted-Compressor noisy but system cooling.
Day 2-Compressor locked up. Installed new compressor. Noted high head pressure and little or no liquid through sight glass.
Day 3-Install new expansion valve through recommendation of Sid Harvey supplier. Expansion valve is flow through type, pressure limiting with external equalizer. Super heat not low enough to supply proper cooling to system or compressor. Temperature on suction line near compresssor was 65*f and evaporator coil loops not cool to touch or sweating. The original expansion valve was an Alco model

Any insight would be appreciated!

your coil is starving, check that txv again and make sure it's the right one and it's adjusted properly, try to back it out all the way.
