We have central air conditioning in one of our buildings. It is working for all of the rooms except one. In that one, the fan just blows out hot air. What can I check on this? Our tech guy is away for the weekend. Thanks

Your question is quite generic. Is this a VAV or mixing box? Does it have reheat? Is this a multi zone rooftop and the damper is sticking, keeping the hot deck open? or is it a standard rooftop VAV system?

Thanks, Xenos, for answering. I don't know the answers to the questions as I am not at all familiar with these systems.

We really would need to know what were dealing with in order to suggest any resolution.
