Could some one please help ? I need some ideas on how to locate and remove a blockage or restriction that I belive to be in the capalaries after the TXV.

shut the unit down and with a soft solder tip heat the cap tubes as much as possible..make sure there brazed in not soft soldered so you don't melt anything.restart the machine and get the head up to 400 PSI and let it run for 15 minutes like that see if that pushes out the blockages.the other way is to recover the freon and a the suction service valve pressurize with nitro down the suction and into the evap to the cap tubes...open the king valve to let the other side of the TXV be the vent side.then after the blow back remove the TXV hat and guts(SPORLAN)and do a visual on any items in the body.
It ain't going to get any lighter looking at it!
