Here is my recent similar experience: *Transformer 24v, OK *Thermostat, OK *Pulled-out furnace blower and removed direct-drive motor. *Checked 7 1/2 MF Capacitor, OK.
Prognoses: 19year-old blower motor finally burned out; its been running continuosly for three wweks 24/7, during this hot spell. (In retrospect, I now realize my first clue was condensate over- flowing the cooling-coil as a coil freeze-up occurred due to no blower action while the CU pulled down to lo-pres cut/out.)

with all units turned on, disconnect the t/s wires 1 jumper R & Y -the unit should start on cooling. if this works rewire your T/S 2 if this fails try and see if you have 24V at R & Y if you dont ,make sure that your T/S is on cooling or auto goot luck
