Hello everyone im based out of calfornia and have been doing commercial refrigeration for about 4 yrs but recently been thinking about going into supermarket refrigeration, can any give the pros and cons? What should i expect? Any info. will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

pros: very mentally chllanging, every system is different, you will see things not used in any other applicacation.
Cons: call backs cost alot of money, your dealing with thousands of dollars of spoilable goods. one mistake can put you out of buisness if you dont have the right insurance levels. I would advise working with a company that does it and not trying to run your own show without 5- 10 years supermarket experiance.
