I have a roof top that is vibrating so bad it is tripping the rolll out. Seen this happen? changed the roll out to a 300* still happening. I have a high temp rise (80*)but within spec. 3 year old Lennox roof top. It ran good for 3 years so why now? I took a quick look at the heat exchanger, maybe I should look harder..Blower wheel is getting changed tomorow (cause of vibration)Gas pressure is jumping from 3.4 to 3.8 I think cuz of the vibration. Input will be apreciated.

Check heat exchanger very very well. Plugged heat exchanger or rust through is the normal reason for rollout to trip. Watch flame and make sure it is going through heat exchanger and not drifting out. BE CAREFUL.
