Have oasis PA8SL double water cooler. water does not come out after cycle is complete out of either units. ten min later they work fine. Adjusted t-stat=> same thing. Replaced t-stat => same thing. before I Tap into this does anyone have any ideas??? thanks not much watercooler experience

I had one that the thermostat was turned to low which allowed it to freeze the water. the customer unpluged it and when i got there the water was running.
Help is just a question away.
