In a call for heat the furnace comes on along with the condenser.
This is a package day/night old unit no schematics

if you haven't already called a service mech. if unit is not a heat pump, shut your outside disconnect off until you can solve your problem. have you recently replaced your stat. if so make sure it is not a heatpump stat &\or it is digital it is programmed is switched in the program for your application. if none of this applies check for shorts in stat wiring \ change stat. let me know whats up. antonetz r.p.
