I came upon a Sunpath Heat Pump and never heard of them before are parts still availiable ( Logic Module )

In a word, YES. Other names that are related to Sunpath heat pumps are: York, Champion models. They were around about 30 years ago and are quite dependable. Most part are available and interchangeable. Logic boards for outside units are still readily available.
