look for the small vent motor and there will be a black or orange hose there.
Know remove hose from the end near the motor and take a piece of wire and make sure it is not stoped up at the unit end.
DO NOT BLOW COMPRESSED AIR THRU IT.........................
on the other end of this hose is a pressure switch or a safety device that can not stand no positive pressure. DO NOT blow air thru it for no reason......
Rust sometimes stops up the hole near the motor...

Clean drain lines and trap. Check venting for obstruction
If in doubt call a pro !

the blades on the draft motor could also be rusted and/or broke not allowing it to move any air.
you can remove the hose off of the pressure switch and turn the thermostat on a call for heat and let the draft motor run and put a very small piece of paper against the hose and see if it has any suction at all.

When I turn the heater on the motor does not do anything. All I hear is a click and the light starts blinking. I noticed that there was a green wire just hanging out loose close to a black wire that is in a wire nut by itself. Do you think it is supposed to be in the same wire nut?
