i have a 3000 square foot building with insulated attic and 18 foot high ceilings what size air handlers should i put i would normally do 5 ton for 3000 square feet but how do i compensate for the high ceilings and should i oversize the ducts?

There is just too many variables to give an answer ex. is it a wearhouse or office or house? what kind of load do you have? like exterior walls or windows and door locations? what shape the room is evem matters if you want to send me a drewing i'll take a look at it.
