We are planning to construct a -20 deg C walk-in freezer with box external dimension of 5.5m L x 26.12m W x 2.7m H with no controll RH. It will be installed in an air conditioned room at the second floor with temperature of 22 deg C and 50% RH. Please send us information of the best treatment for the bottom of the floor panel box that is touching the concrete slab to prevent condensation of the under slab. We are thinking of putting air space in between the PUF floor panel and the concrete flooring by laying in parallel 3/4 inch PVC pipes spaced one after the other and leveled with concrete. Using bigger pipe diameter is not possible because the headroom where the freezer box will be constructed is limited to 2.8m only. Another option is to put heaters but it is not easy to maintain or repair.
