The Norlake freezer at my store keeps dripping water at the opening where cold air is blowing out. It only drips once or twice a day. A pile of ice is formed on the floor. How can I fix this myself?

you may have a plugged drian line and this drips when unit goes into defrost then freeze on the floor due to temps in box
