I am in a townhouse with a heat pump the unit cooled our townhouse well last year. Currenly the unit is cooling to about 10 degrees below the outside temperature. The complex has sent the maintenace and all he does in measure the temperature at the inside unit. After being on all night the temperature reads 57 at the vents. He then does nothing to repair. Is this normal the daytime temperature has been about 90 and the night time temperature is about 70.
