I have a hoshizaki ice machine that i replaced the gas valve and the expansion valve but the valve is still freezing. Manufacturing co. recomended to do this. any help please

Check the refridgerant charge.
Check heat gain.
It could be that the TX valve settings are not compattible with your refridgerant.
30+ years in the HVAC/R trade.
Started when equipment was repaired not replaced.
Still feel the same way.

Did you put a new drier in it when you did the service work?
Also, if you are doing low temp work, get rid of those red, yellow and blue hoses. The damn things leak. Get a set of black hoses and make sure you keep good seals in them.
Low temp systems cannot tolerate moisture.
When moisture gets in there, guess where it stops?
It stops when it freezes, and as soon as it freezes.
Guess where that is?
Can you say expansion valve?
So go get yourself a good set of hoses and maybe a new manifold to go with them. Get yourself a good two stage vacuum pump and a micron gage. Put a new filter drier in that machine, the biggest one that will fit in there, and pull not less than a 400 micron vacuum on it.
Then charge it up with the amount of refrigerant listed on the side of the machine, with new refrigerant.
Then charge the owner of the machine accordingly.
Remember, it's HIS piece of equipment.
If all that sounds like too much work to do, call someone who can do it for you, pay them for doing it, then find another line of work.

what is the model # and you replace the hot gas valve and TXV?
