Hey Guy's,
I am new to this site, So hey all!
I am also relativly new to HVAC, Kinda just stumbled into it at work. And am Now a "Tech" What a joke! Well enough about what I dont know.
I have 2 Rudd Tandem units (4in all)that were running when a flood occured. 1 set started up and ran fine. The other set I am getting a 5 code. Which according to Rudd is a deluxe tandem unit code? The board lights up I have 24 volts, The thermosat is calling for heat. But that is where it stops. My first thought was it was the board, so I swapped the Board out with the working unit, And I still get the same 5 flashs.
The other unit is working just fine with the other boards.I can't seem to get power out of the board. Where should I start?
Thanks in advance for any and all help.

Check voltage at your safties, after signal leaves board it goes through safties then to contactor see if any are open,
