At least you posted. I was beginning to feel unwanted and ignored.

Your screw chiller is not compatible with your heat pump system.
See; it doesn't apply.
I help those I can.

What in the world are you talking about, I don't recall mentioning anything about a heat pump?

My point exactly. I am certainly unable to give any assistance with 300 ton screw chillers. Interesting stuff though. Do you work with them much?

The three account that I'm primary Tech, we service probally 4 screws and 8 to 10 recipt and scroll machines. I have more experience with the Trane screw, which by the way the interface is so much more service tech friendly. The Carrier Tech support in SE Tenn. is lacking to say the least. Trane has a national tech support unlike Carrier. But what I ended up doing was adding enough oil to close the low oil switch and allow the circuit to run long enough to discover low refrig press. and eventually found a leaking schrader valve. Part of the confussion lied in the fact that the tennet had not replaced the oil filters since startup, 3 yrs past due. I appogize for the rude post.

Don't get me started on Carrier tech support. HVACPartners is more useful but not available without a computer. As for Trane, support is non-existant for me. Have you ever worked on a Carrier ductless split? If it breaks down Carrier has got your back; way back that is!

I like Carriers online support. I walk around with hundreds of pdf manuals on my iPaq. I have thousands on my PC.
Trane used to have a great site, they've changed the URL I used to use to commercial only. I don't like it anymore.
