I'm an office building owner w/ 25-year-old Heil Gas Packs on the roof. I'm replacing all of them this fall, so don't want to put another penny in these old units. However, I have a return fan motor that has gone out in one unit. Is it absolutely mandatory to have the return fan functioning, or is there enough passive circulation for adequate ventilation?

I wouldn't worry about it! I sure no one in the building needs any fresh air!
