This unit won't start on it's own. It is a Yorkie heat E1RA pump new install by another company. It may be wired wrong (Power or Thermostat) but the 24v is not getting to the contactor. The Def Board has been replaced. I have jumpered the 24v from the Thermostat red to the contactor and that will make it run So the contactor is good. But it is running in heat mode that way. Any ideas on this issues???

is there 24v at Y to common in a call for cool?can you get to t-stat and wire R to Y and G to test t-stat?does this unit run properly in heat mode?
