Unit runs fine until 1 of 2 compressor circuit's trips out. Then the space pressure rises from .05 to .30. Thru the Tracer BMS I reset manual diagnostics several times until area stabilizes. 3 active diagnostics are pending: automatic reset, ckt1 comp. trip and RA Rel humid fail.
Any insight's ?

Are you reading the diagnostics from the Tracer display or from the RTU display?
The auto reset diagnostic should say more,like "SA static Pressure Limit". This shows the the SA pressure exceeded the limit setpoint which will shut down the SA fans, close the IGV's, and shutdown the compressors. After an "autoreset" everything will restart.
The RA Rel Humid (sensor) fail indicates the sensor input is out of range. Check wiring and connectionsbetween the sensor and the ECEM.
The air pressure is probably taking down the compressors instead of the other way around. Check the SA Static Pressure setpoints.

perimeter or interior loop? how many VAVs? the relief air damper is modulating toward closed? Indoor positive P is going from 12.5 pascals to 75?

What type of compressors? And what do you mean by space pressure?
