I am replacing (as needed) Totaline thermostat Mod# P374-2100 with Mod# P374-2700. The York units have stage one cooling with stage one gas heat. The jumper settings are gas, gas,O, No Hum -- per instruction manual page 5.2. The Misc 1, 2, 3 outputs are not being utilized. The dry contacts are used for energy management system. W1/O/B is wired to heat; Y1 to cooling; G to fan; R to 24V; C to 24V common; Ck1 & Ck2 to energy management. The heat cycle works exactly as expected. The A/C and Fan On come on and immediately turn off. I have read the instruction and owner's manual cover to cover and am at a loss as to why? And how to fix the problem. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If the compressor and fan energize on a call for cooling from the t-stat, then I would think that the problem is not the stat but the unit itself. Jumper R to Y1 and see how long the A/C runs. If it does as before, then you know it's not the stat.
