Anyone know of a low voltage (24v) thermostat that is made for outdoor all weather conditions. I have a furnace that heats a car wash and only stats I can locate are 120v and they don't last more then a month. If I can't find a stat other options suggested would help.

Nothing comes to mind. Have you tried Grainger Ind Supply. If no luck, What about puting a remote sensor in the area concerned and the thermostat indoors.

You are best off locating the thermostat in another area, or a weatherproof box and running a remote sensor into the conditioned space. A commercial grade t-stat like a Penn A419 would be a good option.

It's only a shock if your not expecting it!
