There are two furnaces twinned together using a one common return. I have replace motor bracket because it broke new motor and squ cage . and it seems like every three months something is vibrating cage loose and my set screw rounds the shart of the motor out. I even clean secondary hx , but last time I replaced motor i noticed 2nd furnace blower comes on first and as its turning its running the 1st blower in reverse from suction its using a jhonson Control twinning control 2TC03700124, I really don't want to put another motor in this system until i can find the problem any suggestions?
