What are the differences in design of air conditioning system in indoor pools and water-fun parks?

the indoor units maintain the RH and the water temp within an enclosed area it is typical to keep the air 2F-3F aboe the heated water temp.they must run 24/7
It ain't going to get any lighter looking at it!
