I have two stage heating on a tempstar unit. The heat pump works but have no aux. heat. The coils are good but only one is connected. The resistance is 11.6 ohms. The overtemp switch tests good. The circuit board fuse is blown. Fan will not run.The schematic on the fan housing shows a 5A heat kit installed, but it shows a gray wire into the relay, this one has a purple wire there instead. The thermostat is a Totaline Model P474-0100. The air handler is a Tempstar by International Comfort Products Corporation (Fan Coil Unit Listed 13XF) Model number NFCX4800C1. What to do next?

First short out R to W or W2 on the air handler and see of the heat comes on.

Nothing happens. The transformer tests good and I have 24v on the wiring from the tstat, but seems the fan control circuit board is not letting the current pass to the fan relay.

I have no wiring diagrams on this unit. WX is the heating relays G would be the fan.
